10 Croft Courtyard is a semi-detached, single-storey cottage situated in the village of Clappersgate, one mile from Ambleside. The cottage sleeps two people and has open plan studio accommodation with a double bed, dining area and sitting area. The cottage also has a shower room and a kitchen. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden, which is accessed across the road and guests can also use the watercraft launch in the garden. With so many things to see and do in the area, 10 Croft Courtyard is an ideal romantic retreat.

Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned garden with furniture located across main road. Watercraft launch in garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Some restricted headroom in living/sleeping area. Note: There are 2 steps from the kitchen to the shower room. Note: Cottage is located near a busy road so care should be taken and some road noise may be heard in garden. Note: The access to the river is through a small wicket gate and the garden is approached via 20 steps. Note: No children. |

It is situated at the head of Lake Windermere near to Windermere, Troutbeck and Grasmere and is one of over a hundred towns and villages in Cumbria in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available.
